si bei sporting ah...
hmmm~
juz now aft work went gym wif nithya n hong wee. then today my company oso release earlier at 5 instead of 5.30 cos today is the 'eat wif your family' day.
yeah~ haha~ good good~
wah~ i long time no so on~z bout working out myself le leh. hv been damn lazy lately la. haha~
went to the gym fitness network at science hub which is like juz beside my work place. then the main reason i can go to the gym is cos priscilla gave me her free one week trial coupon ma or else i wldn't be able to go la.
not bad la the gym. quite spacious n looks quite new. did the slider thingy for a while then went round trying out the machines. liked the crunchers machine the best cos easier to do n oso gd abdominal muscles ma.
haha~ i really needed tt man. cos i dun hv abs ma. hai~ so sad. me all fats no muscle.
did some toning of the arms a bit. okay la~ din do until very strenous so i din run on the treadmill. cos i tml still gotta go jurong pt work again leh. siao ah~ do until lactic acid accumulates den muscle ache den i how to stand for 9 hrs tml.
