these few days hv been thinking about buying a digi cam. cos heard frm jo tt for ECH they wld need a camera for prj n report n stuff in yr 2. hence, i started persuading mum n my sis whose gg to be in ECH in the coming semester, to buy one. wah~ luckily my mum agreed to chip in n my sis is willing to share the camera with me since she hv been working. wahaha~ finally man i hv waited for this day cos i juz can't afford one by myself. hee~

n hence, these few days i hv been suffering frm major headache on which cam to buy lor. haha~ cos i noes tt canon ixus 60 is cheap during the IT fair n i oso like nikon coolpix s5 n sony cybershot W50. so i decided to go to IT fair itself n see for myself which camera i really likes a lot. well, it turned out tt i bought the nikon coolpix s5. haha~ who tells the nikon pple to keep advertising it on tv during these few days. haha~

so f&*^king happy when i bought the camera n oso hor the printer there is really cheap. mum decided to buy one printer for my sis for her new sch term as our lao kok printer had died yrs ago n we din even bought a new one. n poor me gotta survive the days with no printer. hahaha~ so bought one of the cheap canon PIXMA iP1600 printer for like $99 since i think printer no need to ex de cos the ex one oso dun really last. i hv learnt my lesson frm my last printer. haha~

wooo hooo~ wahahaha~ finally i can meet up with our polka dots again. it hv been a long time since the 4 of us met up le cos last time jo was really busy with her prjs. anyway~ i really gotta apologise to jing yun lor for having to wait for us so long. cos its like johanna changed the time for meeting frm 1.30 to 2pm in the morn n jy only saw tt message aft she hv rushed her way out hme thinking she's late. n in the end, she turned out to be the earliest. hahaha~ nan de leh~ cos she is our late queen a.k.a chi dao da wang. lol~

act wanted to catch the 2.45pm movie but it turns out tt jo was the latest so we decided to go shop around b4 catching a movie. so we went shopping at far east helping jy to hunt for her bag there but act is quite obvious tt we wanted to buy her a bday present. well~ in the end we bought her this bag tt she obviously fell in love to and i m glad she likes it.

then, we went to the nearest movie theatre tt is the lido n buy tiks for the DATE MOVIE. since the movie is at 5 n its only 4pm, we decided to grab a bite first at the fast food outlets upstairs as kai wei haven eaten a single meal yet. poor girl~

well~ the movie was quite entertaining n certain parts is juz for the sake of laughter since it is frm 2 of the 6 writers frm SCARY MOVIE. its about a supposedly romantic story bout a girl meets her prince charming but this movie purposefully cut out certain classic scenes frm MY BIG FAT GREEK WEDDING, MISS CONGENIALITY, MEET THE PARENTS, MEET THE FOCKERS,JAMES BOND MOVIE starring halle berry tt episode, MR & MRS SMITH, MY BEST FRIEND WEDDING and even the paris hilton carlo's juniors advertisment n link it to be a "romantic" story. wahahaha~ it is really er xin in some pts but tt scene copying MR & MRS SMITH n the paris hilton advert i think it's very comical. haa~

anyway aft the movie~ we decided to go over to the Balcony at heerens as heard frm jy tt the atmosphere not bad. but then hor, when we reached tt place n hv gotten a sit, it was bloody hot down there as it's outdoor de ma. i mean 1 thing i can't stand is the hotness as even jy said tt last time she came wasn't tt hot n somemore i felt like i m blind or wat lor. cos it's freaking dark tt i can even read the menu n order my drinks. ya i noe i m abit night blindness but when i can see my frens clearly when i talk i juz felt uncomfortable. n somemore the seat wasn't comfi at all. haiz~

so in the end, we all juz felt like getting out the place since we haven even ordered, but it is so damn paiseh lor as we haven done this b4. anyway, we juz heck care n left the place. luckily there's a stairway beside us tt we can hurry our way out. hahaha~ so in the end, we went back to our usual hunt tt is the TCC at cine. well, at least the place is air-conditioned n it's brightly-lited. haa~

hv a nice time chatting n drinking mighty macadamia nut frappe n the oreo cheesecake. wahaha~ hao xin fu wor. talked bout crap n oso some of our plans in the future. oh gosh~ definately hope tt whatever in the future will be juz as we hv wished for. haha~ took a couple of picts at the cafe n oso at somerset mrt where we hid ourselves in some corner n took some stupid picts. hahaha~ it hv been a "fruitful" day.

hmmm~ went to orchard with pei yan n amanda to hunt for d&d clothe again cos last time when we went to marina we din see any tt is real pretty. so met up the both at far east Shibuya as the two were already trying on clothes liao as Shibuya got 50% discount storewide. haha~

hmmm~ the dresses there are quite simple n nice n somemore cheap lor. a dress usual price is about $69.90 now only cost $34.95 i think. wah~ super cheap. at first thought tt it might not even hv my size but amanda said tt the dresses some are free size de. so i juz took a couple of the dresses n tried. well~ out of the few tt i hv tried there's one tt really fits me juz nice as the cutting is bigger than the other dresses. wahaha~ i m so happy lor. cos again it's so darn difficult for me to buy a dress lor. so its's like i definately want to buy tt dress.

then amanda n pei yan oso found a dress tt fits them juz nice lor. wahahaha~ so happy tt we all finally hv settled for the most impt thing tt is the dress n the 2 hv like spent 2 whole hrs trying for dresses. haha~ aft tt we went around far east trying to find a nice clutch for the 3 of us n oso a nice pair of shoe for amanda.

well, the clutch is still quite easy to find as far east got plenty of these available. but for the shoes tt we act thought is the most easy to find, amanda din really found a satisfictory one. we went like to quite a few places like wisma, taka n ps to find but to no avail. hmmm~ so got no choice but to meet up again to find shoes for amanda n oso my accessories haven buy leh. sometimes is juz so fustrating de lor when u r shopping for a specific item. haiz~ it just tests ur patient de.

wow~ phew~ finally it was like the last day of exams man~ hahahaha~ been like super busy the past few weeks b4 exams cos studying ma.

hmmm~ aft the PSCT exam, me and elayna and may head down to town tgt while may met up with her friend, chai mei n me n elayna went down to bugis n get my contact lens. YES! finally i hv gotten my contact lens lor. cos got the d&d ma~ hahaha~

so me n elayna shu bian went down the si ma lu guan yin miao n pray b4 we went to bugis n walk around while waiting for amanda to reach. cos she went back hme n change clothes aft the PSCT paper. poor girl~ first time woke up late for her last paper in poly. haa~

anyway~ aft tt we went down to marina to shop for our d&d clothes but meanwhile we decided to stop by at TCC at the citylink to take a break as elayna is tired le n wanted a drink. hahaha~ tai tai lifestyle. so we waited for sophia to reach b4 we head down to marina square first.

hmmm~ shopped around zara, mango, dorathy perkins for the d&d clothing, but so damn sad can't find a nice top to match with my skirt. haix~ so sad~ juz hate shopping for clothes. went asian kitchen n hv dinner n ate the curry softshell crab with rice. quite nice leh~ the portion is much bigger than the Tai express de. haa~

slack around n chatted bout our family on how impt they are to us. think its because tt rest keeps playing those chinese oldies tt hv made me so emotional in a sudden tt hv caused my eyes to welled with tears when i hv thought bout my mum. haiz~ n heard frm sophia one interesting saying as tt-- ur father is actually ur husband in ur previous life. oh my gosh~ i definately cannot imagine tt i ll hv a husband tt is juz like my dad. i mean i dun really get along well with him and i vowed i ll nvr marry or dates a guy like him. its not like i hated my dad or wat, its juz tt certain characteristics tt he hv, i juz cant stand it. n nvrtheless, some of his worst characteristics i hv already inherited. its in my blood n i can't escape. haha~ thats y i nvr doubt i m not his daughter. like father, like daughter.

hmmm~ aft tt we went FOX n shop around. wah~ saw this denim floral skirt very the nice. so got the biggest size n tried it. wahahahaha~ so happy cos i can FIT into it. hee~ very diff to buy skirt leh for me. so i juz bought it w/o second consideration though i dun hv much $$ left. haa~ end up buying clothe tt is so not d&d. haa~

I m such a lazy girl~

basically, life sucks for me these few days. ya~ fri gotta hv proteomics exams liao n yet last weekends i din even started studying. went orchard wif family cos quite bored at hme leh. so me went n shop for one cardigan at giodarno which had make me travelled all the way from centre pt to wisma n back to centre pt again to meet mum. gosh~ din hv any luck in shopping man. cos even at og dorathy perkins, there's three siao char bor infront of me who made me waited for so long to try one top n somemore is only one of their frens trying out lor n worst only one changing room.

hmmm~ 237 posts for my blog tt is almost 2 yrs. can see wat a lazy person i m cos i dun always blog everyday. haaa~ dun hv mood to study oso. still stucked on the last few chapt cos not very familiar ma. few weeks more n we will graduate. can i really hang on till tt time? i wish i can~ i just can't imagine if i were to go work day aft day aft day aft day... esp aft gg to the work etiquette lect, it juz proves my pt tt is--work sucks! cos u juz gotta kan(4) lao(2) ban(3) de(4) lian(3) se(4). *sobz

hmmm~ My quite boring valentine's day

v day no school so juz slack at hme lor. my being so pathetic so gotta spend it with my sis. decided to go and sing kbox cos me very long din go le. so of we go to the kbox at clementi at 2pm. cos kbox clementi no pple de so u can sing like 2 to 7 for kstudent. hee~

well, sang all the s.h.e, twins n stephanie sun's new song cos i only bought their new album recently. since there are only the 2 of us, we sang till about 5pm we were already so damn tired le. but we still tried very hard to sing till 6+. haha~

saw one s.h.e old mtv--dui(4) hao(4) ru(4) zuo(4). n my sis spotted the male lead n found him very familiar n who noes its one of the twins-2moro. hahaha~ thats was how they look when they were not famous yet. hmmm~ really a bit pathetic to hv to spend vday with my sis. imagine one day she hv a bf n me being single hv to spend tt day by myself n i ll most prob cooping myself at hme le. cos i juz hate to spend tt day outside esp in town to force myself to see those couple so lovy-dovy with roses blah blah blah~

if not for my sis were working on vday i will most prob wun go out de. cos gg out even with frens u will be constantly be reminded by others tt "hey, u dun hv a loving bf!" . hmmm~ n i esp hated this day when i hv to work on tt day of all day. n i hv to stand right infront of my counter n forced to see these couples by couples having thise roses blah blah blah~ n here u are wishing tt u hv a bouquet of roses too. pathetic rite?

hence, this results in me having a mindset as in u rather not wish to see any scene like these n so u wld not feel so patheic for urself le. making me feel gd for myself. hahaha~

i noe tt day is not only dedicated to ur lover but oso to ur frens n family. but then hor~ if i hv a love one, i confirm will want to spend it with him de ma~ who doesn't? n its only when all ur frens are not attached like in sec sch days, spending tt day with ur frens is so COOL~ but when some of ur frens are attached, things are a bit diff. cos it'll be hard to ask ur frens not to spend tt day with their love ones. cos nevertheless, vday is really a special day though u can say everyday can be a vday. but still~ it's still a special day for ur love ones cos it it's a VDAY! hahahaha~

my ah-ma is super lucky. cos she won toto 3rd prize ma. though its $1400+ but it would means to strike 5 no. those pple tt dun buy toto may think 5 no. nia ma? where got so hard to strike. but if tt logic were to valid, then i wld assume tt striking 6 no. (which is to win the 1st prize) wld be easy. yeah~ *my foot arh~

i at most only strike 20 bucks only. yet my ah-ma si bei heng lor strike 3rd prize on mon (6 feb) which is one draw b4 the toto ang pao draw. haha~ but tt is not the end of story. cos recently got the toto jackpot rite? i oso bought $10 quick pick to try my luck n yet i din even win any $20 prize though there are like 100 over thousand $20 prize. n here comes the best pt...

my super heng ah-ma won 3rd prize again in the toto ang pao jackpot draw (10 feb) n this time though more pple won but she oso got $1300+. wah~ really i got nth to say. it juz means tt when ur luck comes, nth can stop it frm coming man. hahaha~ so sunday (12 feb) my ah-ma treat the all of us for dinner n we the grandchildren all had some extra bonus ang pao cos oso juz nice sunday was "yuan(2) xiao(1)" -- the 15th and last day of CNY ma~

this cny is quite heng for my family ba cos dad oso strike 1st prize 4D but it wasn't a big amount la. so lucky my sis n i got a little bonus frm dad. hee~ n mon i oso strike a little extra bonus for myself cos though i din win any $20 in the toto ang pao draw but i still manage to win like $30 on mon toto draw cos i strike 4 no. sometimes thought one more no. seems easy enuff but yet it makes a huge diff leh~ hahaha~

my little heng heng may be due to my new indoor plant i bought for myself to put beside my study table. hahaha~ cos sat (11 feb) me n my family went to ikea n shop shop. then went to the ikea rest n feast. hehe~ went n hv the usual meatballs n chicken wings. *yummy* then i oso hv roast beef n it taste a bit overcooked though. ate like a carnivore there.

then we oso shop around n bought the cheap $1.60 waste paper basket n the $0.75 plates n chairpad n etc. haha~ then i came across this nice cute indoor plant with many little red flower. hee~ decided to buy one n see how long i can be interested wif it to remember watering. haa~ so buy lor since its quite cheap $6+ n oso 1 flower pot.

then aft tt went anchor pt to check out the giordano there. but in the end i ended uo buying shoes again cos spotted tt u.r.s was having warehouse sales. so in the end bought 2 pairs of shoes one for me and one is my sis de cos we can share our shoes anyway. wahahaha~

gotta meet up wif yen ching, laiquin, sarah, hannah, jiarong, hazel, doris, dangni and ming yue at city link. cos its yen who organises the gathering since she's back frm perth to visit her grandpa. really hv been more than a yr since last time i saw her, besides on friendster ofcourse. so thats y must give her face when she ask me to go ma. haha~

well, went to nooch n hv dinner n wait for jia rong n hazel to join us. the food there was ok~ but thanks to lai quin for her advice to nvr order those soup stuff as it wld taste quite bland de except for the tom yum tt yen ate was quite nice. hang around till 8 while waiting for jiarong. but in the end, dangni n ming yue gotta go first, so we juz go to tcc n wait for jia rong.

jiarong is really the shi(2) zu(2) adult look as she's now quite mature lor. must be due to her own tution centre tt make her hv the principal look. hahaha~ well, pple are still the same, physically, we may hv changed but still they are the old person i hv known in sec sch.

we spent hrs at tcc talking n catching up each other's life. its also so coincidental tt we are able to meet our ex-choir conductor, ms ong n its hannah who hv spotted her since we sat really close to the walkway. we even each had a turn to tell others about our life now. n as usual, hannah is always kena suan(1) by us de lor. lol~

it will be really in yrs to see yen ching next time in s'pore cos she might not be coming back at all. so most prob we wld see yen in s'pore at jia rong's wedding le. hahaha~

chinese new year

well, chinese new yr was ok~

for chu xi, me is stucked at hme cos i gotta help mum to make to ngoh hiong. wah~ tt is really tedious lor cos this yr she din get the ngoh hiong frm her sis n she decided to make some more for my gu gu (auntie). so, i ended up having to cut more chestnuts n stuff n oso gotta help her wrap some ngoh hiong which i wrapped till v ugly. hahaha~

then evening, went to my cousin's hse at serangoon there for steamboat for the reunion dinner juz as past yr cos her hse is big enuff to fit all of us in. well, as usual, there will be the usual stuff like fish, meat, balls - the meat balls n fish balls i mean.. lol.. , crab meat blah~ blah~ n my favourite prawns, scallops & abalone. wahahaahaaha~

then, aft the dinner, round 9.30 we head to the temple at bukit timah, near np there, cos my grandma always wld go n pray there during the eve. so we were there till quite late to gen(1) shi(1) fu(4) pai(4) nian(2). ended up hme round 11.30 which is really late than past yr cos the praying ended later. but i hv a fun time playing wif my cousin's daughter, si ying. she is so cute n likes to imitate her mum saying - alamak, oh my god, wah lau eh. hahaha~ so nice to play wif.

for chu yi, went n visit my grandma at yew tee in the aft n ended up eating all those new yr goodies. but as usual, we will gamble a bit cos its like a once a yr thing. hahaha~ felt so accomplished tt i can drink the shark fin's soup wif abalone tt my aunt cooked. hee~ but so sad cos din win during the gamble, lose a few dollars but its still alright, once a yr only ma. hee~

for chu er, went to my maternal grandma hse at holland v. we ended up quite sian so my cousins went n bought cards to play black jack. i din really noe the rules but my aunt they all teached us so roughly noes how to play ba.well, it seems tt i hv no luck this yr in gambling, cos i also lose money but mum was quite gd in her luck cos she got win money. haha~ du(3) hou(4)

for chu san n chu si, me so poor thing gotta work at og orchard. but so sianz de cos aft cny its like no pple want to buy bedsheet liao lorz. its always like tt de lor. sad~

den yest, chu qi is ren ri, went to my aunt's hse again n gamble. knew tt i will lose $$ de lor. but still juz go n hv fun lor. din play the usual sa(1) ki(1) ah(1) pek(3) n we played ban(3) luck(4) a.k.a black jack. really hv fun playing cos its like almost 10 pple at the table playing. so i din dare to be the dealer cos i din hv much capital to play so my mum be the dealer n ended up winning quite a lot. cos its always the dealer tt win the most ma. haha~ n lucky my mum's winning made me dun hv to fork out the taxi money.

24/01/2006 Tues

went for company dinner and gotta meet at centre point for the sales rep, andrew. its so nice to be able to see some of the really nice aunties tt i hv relieved their counters b4. but as usual, when the said meet at 6.30, there will always bound to be the very late-comers. so, i became smart n was late for a while n i m still the second to reach.

judy was there first. so i chatted wif her while waiting for the others to reach. the world is juz so small. cos only last yr i found out tt judy is hui min's mum n tt hui min is from the level 3.1 biotech course. n hui min turns out to be my primary sch fren's gf. haha~ such a small world. anyway, glad to see kok wah was there cos last yr she din turn up for the company dinner.

hmmm~ they went to one indonesian rest behind centre pt there to eat. well it's sort of a buffet thingy whereby they will come up wif 20 over dishes to the table n u can order wat u want. its those eat till u drop thingy. but i was pretty full cos all the dishes were so meaty. though i m a carnivore, but still it was too much for me.

saw nuri there too cos she came wif the boss, another judy. well, as usual, the vain girl dresses up wif one kinda cheong sum top but it do look nice one her. hahaha~ heee~ like last yr me sat wif jessie - johanna's mum n kok wah n all the nice aunties. not bad for a catching up session n oso a discussion session on the new bedsheets tt judy wld come up with. many aunties juz hv many opinions on the diff colours n prices about the bedsheets.

well, its been almost 3 yrs working wif the company. though its a small company, but there is some sense of belonging there though i m juz an extra (ca-li-fair) there. its esp nice to know tt the company hv given me $100 extra as ang pao (bonus) to me. haha~ i m rich. wahahaha~

yoz~ have been missing in action in my blogger world liao. hee~ cos hv been darn busy with my life. the last past weeks, during the 2 weeks study brk hv been working for 8 days n oso study at hme for common test.

then, aft common tests, hv been chionging for all the reports. firstly, is the LSSS term paper, follow by the posters n the draft. haiz~ so sianz~ but CNY coming le~ wahahahaha~ can get hong pao le leh~

then last last sat (14/01/2006)...

went to the IDP australia at orchard hotel wif kai wei and kelly. that place was really crowded. saw elya, meizhu and wing there. we asked around the diff uni about the advance standing but seems like melbourne uni gives 2 yrs of advance standing. so, register that uni. later, found tt pearlyn oso gg melbourne uni soon. haiz~ so sad tt she leaving s'pore soon le. though is like for 1 yr nia but still~ haiz~ anyway, wish her all the best in her studies. hee~

then aft the IDP, met up wif jing yun and off we go for shopping. wahahaha~ cos i haven bought my new yr clothes so i dragged my frens to go shopping with me ma. hee~ bought 1 pair of x:odus heels for $59.90. yippy~ can wear for d&d oso. but because of tt gorgeous heels, i zi tao very diff to find those very femaine clothes to match wif my heels.

so damn sad lor~ me being a fat ass is so damn diff to find a nice top. so in the end aft we hv like shop all around orchard~ i decided to go ps the dorathy perkins n check out the clothes. luckily there's one very nice one top tt can match my heels.

so darn happy lor~ esp when i hv been searching for hrs for a top. but then at the same time, my heart bleeds cos is like $69 for a top. but then~ its like worth it for tt nice top. then somemore is those empire cut n its 3/4 sleeve tt i hv been searching for.

then aft tt, suddenly saw 1 top at baleno oso quite nice. its maroon spaghetti. but obviously, i ll need a jacket to cover up my flaws la. so i bought another jacket wif my sis while we r shopping for her bag.

so paiseh lor~ tt my frens hv accompanied whole day to shop. but at least kai wei hv bought 1 red wedges frm pazzion which is damn nice but 69 bucks leh~ haha~ rich girl sia~ then aft tt blanjah the 2 girls drinks lor for thanking them to accompany me for shopping n oso for giving me advices. hee~ so nice to be able to meet up wif the girls n hv a nice chat though its a pity jo cant join us since she's super busy wif her prj. *sob sob

then last tues (17/01/2006)...

wahahahaha~ went and rebonded my hair.n finally~ aft long awaitedness i hv my str8 hair again. went to may hse there n rebond my hair. very cheap nia~ only 70 bucks cos of my longer hair but 60 bucks if u got shorter hair. so went n try if the effect is gd. it turned out to be quite soft n not too dry. so happy la to get such a deal. yeappy~

last sat (21/01/2006)...

went orchard wif mum n dad to go hunt for my jacket. cos last last sat din managed to buy the jacket. but hunt for many places until i sianz liao so in the end meet up wif my sis to go ps the baleno n bought the "not-so-nice" jacket lor. haiz~ bo bian arh~ i can't find a nicer one. cos even 'The Box' @ isetan dun hv the designs i like. so juz anyhow get one lor. otherwise cny i no jacket to wear leh. haha~

both me n my sis bought 1 bag. i bought my bag at hula n co. n my sis went little match girl n buy. act wanted to buy a rip curl handbag but hesitated for quite a while man. in the end, dn think it was very nice so juz forget it. haiz~

i hv been very lazy to update all my photos. took quite long to update till as far as this febuary. hmmm~ can see how lazy i am. haha~

these few days i hv been eating cakes. gosh~ so sinful. somemore the cakes is not tt i bought for myself but its other pple's burfday cakes.

yest we celebrated bev's bday aft our proteomics pbl n i got to eat chocolate cake frm bengawan solo. then few days back we osohelp to celebrate winnie's belated bday n i got to eat chocolate cake frm four leaves. but tt cake is really nicer than the bengawan solo de.

hmmm~ thurs went out wif my parents to watch harry potter cos we haven watch ma. ok la the movie but the storyline is obviously weaker than the previous show. went toa payoh n watch n since we catch the aft show, so it's quite little pple.

then aft the movie, we went to the xin(4) fu(2) yum cha restaurant (fortunate restaurant) n eat dim sum. haha~ nice nice. love the dim sum esp the scallop chee chong fun n scallop porridge n the har gow(prawn dumpling) n its standard is almost the same as the yum cha in chinatown. *yummy

then aft tt went to courts cos mum wanted to check out the wardrobe n the furniture bed set. felt tt courts is quite ex, so went to another furniture shop n look around. then finally, she picked 1 bed set for like $1300 for king size so its act quite cheap. though its my mum n dad's bed, but is mostly me n my mum chosing the designs cos dad doesn't bother wif it since the designs is 'almost' the same. cos even the shopkeeper is blur for a moment who's act buying it. haha~

last thurs i oso went to watch movies at bugis. watched "chicken little". not bad la the show. but its a bit too short, bout 80 min nia. so act, the movie was quite fast pacing. characters like chicken little n the fish n abby is really cute. this cartoon is more for children unlike shark tale or shrek which is for adults.

then last thurs, we oso finish presenting our WISP role play. we acted shrek2 wif wei ping being the ugly green ogre, shrek. not bad the response at least when there's funny pt, the class got laugh. n heard frm sophia tt her class oso got pple playing shrek n the teacher mentioned about our grp having the props. hmmm~ is tt good or bad? haha~

Friday
Finally, after so many days of boring life, i have something to look forward to! wahahaha~ cos we r gg to chalet. hee~

but b4 we can enjoy ourselves, me n jo hv to go thru quite an episode b4 we can meet up tgt. haiz~ n tt is because of a stupid hp gg low on batt. sianz~

act me and jo hv already agreed to meet at 5pm outside np tt bus stop so tt we can go back to my hse tgt since she hv came by my hse earlier in the morn n put her stuff for chalet. however, things weren't as simple as i wish cos my fantastic hp went out of batt by 2pm in the aft. but thinking tt jo will keep her promise to wait for me at np bus stop i din really bothered by the fact tt my hp was out of batt.

hence, me went n meet jo in a hurry aft sch cos tt day sch ended later than usual by 20 min like tt thinking tt jo might be waiting very long at the bus stop. but who noes, when i reached there i din see jo lorz though i m sure i hv been looking for her carefully though its damn crowded.

4 words just came to my mind tt time: OMFG! wah kaoz~ i was so damn in a lost cos firstly, i hv no hp. secondly, i din remember either jo's or kai wei's hp no. many scenerios juz came to my mind tt jo maybe still in sch -- tt means she's late too, or she might be waiting at the wrong bus stop, or she's at my hme now waiting for me, or she's at my hse there de bus stop waiting for me.

so, having no choice, i juz hv to go hme first n charge my hp b4 i can call jo. n when i alighted at my usual bus stop at my hse there, finally, i saw jo! wahahaha~ finally man. it's like she told me tt she had ended sch earlier hence, she wanted to meet me earlier, but i was like not returning her calls. she tried to phone my hme n even kai wei. gosh~ make me damn worried lorz.

aft finally found her, we went back hme n i packed my things b4 leaving for pasir ris to meet kai wei n her sis, kelly. then, aft finally meeting the girls, went to white sands the ntuc n get some tidbits b4 heading to the chalet.

we take away kfc the o.r fillet meal back to the room to eat since we like super on budget. haha~ n we r so lazy to come out of the room n eat at the food court. luckily my dad hv came earlier n checked in for us n hv help me to bring some bbq stuff over first. otherwise it will be so mar-fan for us to check in esp we all are came to chalet so late n it was already 8 pm le.

felt quite bored, so we began playing poker cards da(4) lao(3) er(4) n jo the "gambling queen" began teaching kai wei n kelly how to play lorz. since we already decided to go watch midnight movies tt night, we left at 10.30pm like tt to catch the 11.30pm show-- Prime at tampines mall. when we reached the cinemas, it was already 11. the reason we took 30 min to reach tampines frm pasir ris is tt we thought tt there's no more shuttle bus at 10.30 le. so, we walked all the way frm downtown east to the mrt station. wah~ a bit far lor.

but anyway, Prime tt movie was a bit draggy lor esp in the middle pt. haha~ nearly made me fell asleep. tt movie portrayed the jie(3) di(4) lian(4) situation n its ending was more suitable to the reality. alot of sex scenes. seems tt the movie wanted to portray tt both the young male lead n the old femlae lead are in their sexual peaks. quite sian lorz wif them keep making love tt i nearly wanted to yell "Not again?" haha~ but in all tt movie was alright la quite romantic. luckily kelly din join us since she's tired. otherwise she's gonna sleep in the theatre.

movie ended round 2am. quite long for this kinda of romance movie. act at first we all were worried bout whether there's any cab around at this time, but seems tt there's alot of cab waiting outside the mall. quite cheap la the cab fare $7+ cos its still inclusive of the midnight charge. haha~ luckily din went to town n watch movie. otherwise damn ex leh the fare. hee~

but aft returning back chalet, we din felt very sleepy so we 3 continued to play da(4) lao(3) er(4) until we decided tt we shld head back to slp. haha~

Saturday
woke up quite late but we still managed to go to mac n hv breakfast. hmmm~ love mac's breakfast. then aft the breakfast its already like noon le so we went to white sands the ntuc n buy our bbq stuff. we suppose to meet jing yun at 12nn de so we phone her but she din pick up her hp. when we finally called her hse then we noe tt she got muscle ache all over her body tt she cant join us for bbq. haiz~ sad~ she must be straining herslef for a gold for napfa on fri tt her body ache until so jia lat tt she cant come.

anyway, we went n bought the food stuff n being exceptionally on budget, we ji tao like aunties-to-be looking for the cheapest stuff to buy. haha~ hv loads of fun buying the bbq stuff. bought the usual stuff like hotdogs, chicken wings, jo's fav crab stick, nuggets, fish ball, satay, some prawns. luckily there's still 4 of us to carry the stuff so its not so bad aft all.

aft buying all those stuff, we start thawing the chicken wings then must wash those wings n plucked out some of the feather tt still remained. jo came n help me n she's like freaked out by the little feathers lorz. wahahaha~ ke(3) jian(4) we all dun really help our mums alot. haha~ luckily last yr i happened to help may wif the chicken wings during our last yr class chalet or else i m oso very ben(4) ben(4) de. *Ooops

aft finish marinated the chicken wings, we continue to play the da(4) lao(3) er(4). haha~ seems like we r so lan(4) du(3) like tt. kai wei even took pict of it. n i look like typical ah ma who are hooked in pokers. haha~

aft tt round 5pm jo, kelly n kai wei went n start the fire first while i went n prepare the food.





dun see us girls as weaklings ok! cos we still managed to start a pretty gd fire though we hv used many starters but tt is not the point. haha~ good job to the 3 of the mei(3) nus(3).

but then, i think the sky begs to differ. cos its like aft we started bbq our food for 10 min like tt, it started drizzling. wats best is tt the 4 of us got locked outside n we din even bring out our keys. we r really superb man. cos kelly din noe tt the sliding door will autolocked if u juz close it. haha~

so me went to the receptions to get our doors open. luckily we din wait too long for the keys cos we need the umbrellas to "protect" our food. haha~

So, seeing tt it gonna continue to rain for a while more, aft we peng(1) enuff food, we went back to room n eat first b4 deciding if we still gonna bbq in the rain or juz buy those portable aluminium indoor bbq set. luckily, by the time we finish our food, the rain stopped n we can bbq again! yeah! since jo hv tried to use an aluminium foil to protect the fire frm extinguishing, so, we juz added more charcoals to the fire n began bbq again.

Sunday
the girls went back in the morn as kai wei n kelly gotta go church. so me hv to wait for my parents to come later at 11am as they came over for i night n we'll hv another bbq again cos the chalet is booked thru my dad's company so its much cheaper lorz.

hv quite an episode again in the morn b4 my parents arrived. cos i wanted to go n take some toilet rolls frm the cleaners n yet they said tt our room shld be checking out on sunday. i got a shocked lor cos we suppose to check out only on mon morn. so i rushed to the reception n checked things out.

i got the supervisor n his attitude sucks lor. cos its obviously tt its one of the company clerk had made an error in the dates n yet tt idotic in-charge insists he shld go by wats written on the paper. luckily, my dad had been able to locate one of the department clerks who in turn help us to locate those admin pple so tt they can explain to tt downtowneast supervisor. quite brainless de lor they all.
